Nice relaxing stay, friendly staff.

Liked: Charming cape cod stay, walking distance to the beach. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, clean, nice amenities.
Disliked: There was a buzzing noise every now and then, not sure what it was.

Facility was ok, but it...

Liked: Proximity to the beach
Disliked: Check in directions incorrect. We went in circles thinking Bookings.com directions were correct. Building numbers not labeled correctly. Phone numbers for the Resort led nowhere.

pleasant

Liked: Did like the sofa and the fireplace.Room was clean and plenty of towels were provided.Liked having beach/pool towels in the room.
Disliked: Did not like having to wash or check the dishes before use. This should have done by cleaning staff.Would have liked water view.Long staircase to get to room and door at top was hard to open.

Amazing location

Liked: The location is perfect, some of the property overlooks at the water, others are spread across but very close to the beach. Great staff, good amenities and fantastic views. A great place for friends and family to be together and have a good time. Lots of good places to eat nearby. You will not be disappointed.
Disliked: I would just be complaining without a good reason! The room space is tight but if you plan to just shower and sleep in your stay then I wouldn't worry about anything else.

Beautiful property to get away...

Liked: The location was incredible, so close to the beach, loved it.
Disliked: Pricing was a little higher than I wanted, but not unreasonable for the location.

Great value for money and...

Liked: Location on the beach is fantastic.We were given a room with an ocean view which was most appreciated and such a great view.With the extra space, jacuzzi and kitchenette we thoroughly enjoyed this typical New England site.
Disliked: No shower gel provided was the only fault we found. Having no maid service was not a problem and is reflected in the price.
