Exceptional

Superb

Liked: The location is great, room was clean, had pretty much everything we needed.
Disliked: The only complaint is the indoor pool was closed but the outdoor pool was great. I totally understand the pool needs maintenance, so just timing.

Liked: How big the rooms were. The pool in the hot tub outside.
Disliked: Dumping our own trash.

Home in the mountains

Liked: A warm welcome from Donita ( hopefully I got the name correct) who sorted out a great room for us.The apartment was large with a full kitchen and bathroom with soaker tub, as well as a lounge area and large bedroom.Unfortunately the indoor pool was closed ( we were aware of that prior to check in), but outpost pool was open.In a good location and close to lots of amenities.

Overall the stay was wonderful

Liked: The staff was friendly and the room was great and clean
Disliked: I booked 3 months in advance and asked for a balcony and jacuzzi and didn’t get either

Liked: The set up of the rooms were great. Just little cosmetic things. The stuff was amazing, friendly, helpful, always with smiles.
Disliked: We chose this resort out of others when looking for a place to stay, because of the indoor pool with jacuzzi. We received a email about a week before that they were closed due to repairs.
