Relaxing, comfortable resort with amenities...

Liked: Size of facility and room size was awesome! Available washer/dryer on site.
Disliked: The indoor pool was closed.

Liked: The room was very large and spacious.
Disliked: The couch was very uncomfortable, the indoor pool was closed for repair, the sales pitch to join a tour about other properties and ownership, no breakfast yet they obviously have the space set up.

Liked: Location, size of room, two bathrooms
Disliked: Lack of maid service, dishwasher issue, ice on 4th floor and nothing to put ice in. No evening coffee service. Didn’t like being approached for time shares. There for vacation, not promotional information.

Amazing resort with very, very...

Liked: Very, very nice and spacious rooms. Resort is located next to many restaurants. Staff was very friendly

Liked: The suite was very nice. 2 full baths.

Perfect for families

Liked: The rooms were amazing, location is perfect, staff above and beyond
Disliked: Wish there was either breakfast or coffee available, ended up having to do a lot of running around just for a coffee

Excellent choice for celebrating our...

Liked: The room (absolutely fabulous), location (what can i say, it's the white mountains), staff (were tremendous). It was really a wonderful weekend away. We even had our anniversary dinner on the Cafe Lafayette train which was awesome!
Disliked: if i had to complain it would be the work being done on first floor, but it really didn't bother us.

Liked: The location is great, room was clean, had pretty much everything we needed.
Disliked: The only complaint is the indoor pool was closed but the outdoor pool was great. I totally understand the pool needs maintenance, so just timing.
