Close to everything and had...

Liked: We liked the proximity to everything and the cost was inline with what we expected. We were able to make some meals at our place.
Disliked: The living room furniture is very uncomfortable but my biggest complaint was being bugged about listening to the presentation about becoming an owner. One “no” should’ve been enough, but I was asked when I checked in, then asked via phone in our room, then asked via my cell phone when I finally had to hang up on the person because they didn’t listen to my first “no.”

Liked: The location is great. Our suite was good and spacious for 5 people. It was 10 minutes from the water park and the amusement park next to Colonial Williamsburg.The indoor pool was appropriate for sudden weather changes.Overall the stay was very good
Disliked: The toilet paper was not enough and they don't leave spares, I didn't ask for more honestly because I had mine for the road trip so I used it.

Liked: Every single staff person we encountered was warm and friendly. I got texts every day checking in with us. Our room was clean, modern and spacious. The pool was nice and clean and a hit with my kids. The location is perfect and put us minutes from all the top attractions and places to eat. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Liked: Location was excellent and very close to everything we wanted.
Disliked: The time share push.. was not interested in spending time being sold on something I would never ever do. Only had to field one in person… then got one phone call the 3rd day.

Liked: I liked that it’s central to a lot of places we’re visited during our vacation.
Disliked: The concierge agent was very pushy. Did not take “no” for an answer and kept questioning me. Made me very uncomfortable.

Liked: Excellent location, easy walking distance to Colonial Williamsburg. The apartment was great; all facilities.

The stay itself was wonderful.

Liked: No breakfast at our location. Room was very comfortable and the front desk personnel were very nice and helpful. Everything was very clean and close to attractions we were visiting.
Disliked: Would loved to have had a hot tub on the property after a day of considerable walking. Did not appreciate the having to go through the concierge service for a parking pass and the deceptive hard sell for the time share on the property. Employees need to be taught to respect “no thank you” and not continue with their speech.
