Great place!

Liked: Very spacious and super comfy beds!
Disliked: Pool was shut down. This was actually the primary reason for booking this site and I feel we should have been notified, 3 bummed out kiddos.

Comfortable and safe place to...

Liked: It was a safe location and comfortable room. Staff at the front desk was fantastic and very friendly
Disliked: Pool was closed and I wish we’d been informed earlier because that is why I chose this property over others. Microwave oven didn’t work but a technician did stop by to explain the quirks about pushing the handle in to get it to work

Ok for two nights but...

Liked: Close to Colonial Williamsburg. Spacious suites with functional kitchens.
Disliked: Pool was closed for maintenance. Elevator was broken. Bed was not clean. Bathroom was both clean. Dishes were not clean. Smart TVs have no internet access so bring your own HDMI cable if you want to watch anything besides local cable channels.

It was wonderful!

Liked: We especially liked the walk ability to Colonial Williamsburg. It was very clean and comfortable, we loved having more space than a hotel room.
Disliked: Took a long time for hot water and another table for games would be nice. It would be nice if coffee and tea would be available later than 11am in the lobby.

Visit to Williamsburg for Christmas...

Liked: I liked that the rooms are like apartments with space to spread out. The fireplace is our room actual worked and that was cozy for a Jan evening. The pool was large! The hotel is super close to Busch Gardens and the historic village of Williamsburg.
Disliked: The furniture is a bit worn in the suites. There’s not many pots/pans in the kitchen. I did heat up some pizza in the oven in a pan but there were no oven mitts to pull out the hot pan from the over. I had to improvise. The bathroom is a nice size but my son & I both thought the shower could use a curtain or door. The building hallways are a bit bland and unwelcoming. Could the property possibly have coffee available at the front desk until noon? I would not consider this property a resort.

Disliked: Dirty, smelly place. On Pillows and blankets spot, mold and sweat smell room. Disgusting!!

Liked: Great location and the room was spacious.
Disliked: Room cleanliness was acceptable but was starting to look worn out with stains on the carpet and the kitchen cabinets/appliances should have been wiped down better. There was also a bad smell in the pool area.
