This is the most beautiful hotel I've ever visited. The staff is top class professional at every level. My husband and I were so impressed. The decor was stunning. We will return!

Liked: The staff were top class, especially the bellman(?) Michael who helped to find a lost cell phone. He took care of me like I was family!
Disliked: No hot tub or pool (lol).

Lovely room!

Liked: The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was lovely! Near the train station, so a great location. Very comfortable bed! Spacious and cool decor, with some historical facts in the border paper. We're usually hesitant to give perfect scores, but this place is pretty amazing! There's a Giordano's pizza
Disliked: The only thing I can think of was that the entry door was hard to find due to building construction. But they sent a message about it prior to our stay.
