Bluegreen Vacations Hotel Blake Ascend Resort Collection

This is the most beautiful hotel I've ever visited. The staff is top class professional at every level. My husband and I were so impressed. The decor was stunning. We will return!

Liked: The staff were top class, especially the bellman(?) Michael who helped to find a lost cell phone. He took care of me like I was family!
Disliked: No hot tub or pool (lol).

Personnel very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean, fridge and microwave a plus. Excellent!

Disliked: Needed a shower cap.

Very Comfortable Hotel in good...

Liked: Flew from Anchorage overnight and arrived at Hotel at about 9:30am - Expected to leave our bags, but exceptional service from Reception advised that the room was available and we could check in NOW - that never happens. Location was an easy walk to explore the fantastic city of Chicago which had a great vibe.

Disliked: The only thing is I wish you could cast onto the tvs so you can watch your tv shows.

Great hotel and lication

Liked: Fabulous hotel. Staff were great, mix up with the room was sorted with no stress. Great location too. The bed was so comfy and having a fridge and access to ice in this heat was perfect.Would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Room and bathroom (double sinks) were very spacious for 4 people. Convenient location, near touristy things and lots of transit. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Shower could have been a bit cleaner. Pillows had very little stuffing and were too small.
