Bluegreen Vacations Hotel Blake Ascend Resort Collection

This is the most beautiful hotel I've ever visited. The staff is top class professional at every level. My husband and I were so impressed. The decor was stunning. We will return!

Liked: The staff were top class, especially the bellman(?) Michael who helped to find a lost cell phone. He took care of me like I was family!
Disliked: No hot tub or pool (lol).

Personnel very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean, fridge and microwave a plus. Excellent!

Liked: Room and bathroom (double sinks) were very spacious for 4 people. Convenient location, near touristy things and lots of transit. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Shower could have been a bit cleaner. Pillows had very little stuffing and were too small.

Liked: The location and staff were great. The accommodation was roomy and clean with daily maid service.
Disliked: The bathroom was s good size but the lighting was inadequate.

Disliked: Lightning was horrible and water pressure, takes too long to take shower, toilet wouldn't flush and couldn't wash or rinse hair quickly!!!!!

Hidden gem in Chicago

Liked: All staff outstanding! They were kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. Location is great for everything. Our go to hotel now in Chicago.

Fabulous visit to Chicago!

Liked: Great location that was close to major attractions like the Art Institute of Chicago, Buckingham Fountain, Willis Tower and the Bean. Restaurants were close by and the room was comfortable.
Disliked: There was no complimentary breakfast options but coffee was included in the room and there was a cafe and bagel shop right next door.
