Not returning.

Liked: The pool was great. The room was recently redone which was nice.
Disliked: Building 2, where we we stayed was under construction, so we were woken up early every morning. There was only one working elevator which was dirty and constantly used by the construction workers so we had to wait in the Orlando heat ALOT to use the elevator. We purchased the room through booking.com which promised us a room of almost 1200 sq feet which we did not get. When I brought up the discrepancy to the front desk, they said sorry you just get a two bedroom room. At first the front desk gal said she would change our room but then went back to talk to someone about it and then came back and said sorry we can’t. We had the choice of our room in the construction zone (with a baby and toddler along with two other children) or the same size room that had not been remodeled in another building, which was not really an ideal option to us with little ones crawling on the floor alot. If you are going to allow booking.com to offer rooms on their site, then you need to honor what they sell to the customer. Other things we dealt with;-There was a loud alarm going 24/7 down by the elevator and no one did anything about it. -The construction workers made the kids feel uncomfortable by staring at them. -When taking a shower at 4:00 in the afternoon only cold water was available. We travel quite a bit and have stayed in Hilton condo/properties - even in Europe recently and we have never come across such a mess overall. We come to Orlando every year and will not stay in a Hilton property again because of our stay at The Fountains. When having very few opportunities to have all the family and grandkids together we do not want to have to deal with the things above that we experienced at this property.

Liked: The space in the rooms and multiple pools! Property was always clean! Staff was friendly! Location!
Disliked: Feeling like we had to do a meeting for a time share that we wanted no part of! We ended up not doing the meeting anyways but the fact of feeling pressured to do so at check in did not sit well with my wife and I. But otherwise was a good stay!

Liked: i travel 2 times a year and we always pick Bluegreen because of the location and the pool and the room. the beds are so comfy. Also the staff is very nice. It would be easy if we could buy tickets for all the parks at the resort but is ok.
Disliked: what's not to like? we loved our stay

Fabulous place

Liked: Everything . Stayed here about twenty times now . Apartments all clean and have everything you could need . Full kitchen as well as two bedrooms two bathrooms . This time our balcony didn’t have the best view but didn’t affect our stay . Beautiful and spacious . Bus stops outside also on the I drive trolly route .
Disliked: Only minor negative would be more blue badge parking ..

Good location, ease of access...

Liked: The location was very good for going to the nearby theme parks. The room was spotless. The grounds were spotless. Everyone was very friendly.
Disliked: The lack of utensils in the kitchen such as a cheese grater, pizza oven tray and pizza cutter.The kitchen units looked very tired and dated.The netting on the balcony was ripped and torn and my husband tried to fix.

Everything was good except for...

Liked: It was nice and had things to do on the premises
Disliked: I didn’t like the beds they were very uncomfortable
