The is property is like...

Liked: The property is extremely convenient if you are walking to the French Market and anywhere in the French Quarters. Also, if you are walking to Harrah’s Casino is about the length of a football field away.
Disliked: Only thing I didn’t like about the property is parking. But that is not a deal breaker because it’s New Orleans. So, if you are flying to New Orleans and riding an Uber this property is perfect.

We like that the location...

Liked: No breakfast was included. We did like the location and set up of the suite.
Disliked: Didnt like that parking options were so far from the property without shuttle service provided or at least addressing it prior. It was advertised that valet parking was available. We ended up renting a hotel next door at the Marriott to have a place to park. Also didnt like that the pictures on the website didnt match the actual property. One of the employees told us everything was removed during covid and never returned then maybe the photos need updated.

Great experience

Liked: Exceptional place to stay. Nice staff.
Disliked: No parking garage for this site. Had to walk from sister garage to hotel.

Lots of character beautiful decor...

Liked: Location close to activity. Great staff including maintenance, front desk Charmaine and Brandon and Keith are all very responsive friendly welcoming accommodating. Love the decor of the building and apt.
Disliked: We did experience and report a living room floor plank that was lifted and caused us to trip over it. The team quickly tried to resolve by covering it up. Was an eyesore but didn't stop us from enjoying our time.

Disliked: Staff were unprofessional, room was below average. Parking was a real issue and would have appreciated knowing that there would have been a cost to park prior to arrival without having been told I would have to sit through a presentation that would have took enough of our time in order to park. The room looked nothing like what I saw online.
