Disliked: 1) The staff was OK but not very pleasant. If I took their reception into account when considering becoming a member, I would probably decline. 2) The bedroom could use a chair. The only options for sitting upright with back support was the bed (and the headboard was a canvas piece of art) and the sofa. 3) The sofa needs a deep clean, and it had a hole in it. 4) I like the idea of security, but I think this property took security overboard. I've never been to a hotel that kept its doors locked 24/7. At night? I get it, but during the day? When you also need a card swipe to take the elevator up to the room? Overkill and inconvenient to me. Plus, my key card timed out before check-out time. Not only could I not enter my room or building entrance, I couldn't even get into the main entrance without assistance to ask what the problem was. 5) This facility is not very kid/ family friendly (or at least our room wasn't). 6) The water operated on scalding hot or very hot until you let the water run for several minutes. This is OK if you're not in a rush or don't mind being burned.
