Rooms are very good, location...

Liked: The room is big, bigger than your typical hotel room. Bedroom is large, Bathroom is large with a tub that could hold 4 people standing up. It does have a high step over, if you have mobility issues in your legs it may be an issue. There is a full size kitchen that has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, not those tiny fridges with a small microwave. The kitchen is large so preparing meals is easy, difficult when the kitchen is small.
Disliked: The not so good is that I was in building 11 which is at the bottom of a hill. My car is rear wheel drive and got stuck because a car was coming down while I was going up and the road was only plowed wide enough for 1.5 cars. When I pulled over to the side to let the other car go by the wheels were no longer on pavement but in deep snow. I was lucky to have other tenants outside at the time and they were able to give me a push back down the hill until my wheels were back on pavement. There is also a short roadway to the building which was also plowed only wide enough for 1.5 cars where I needed to backup to let another car pass. Another time a truck pulled over to let me by but they had 4-wheel drive or AWD so getting their wheels in deep snow was not an issue.Parking spots were also icy, trying to get into one and my car slid sideways because the lot is not flat, almost slid into another car, ended up parking at the top of the hill, the road uphill would have been too icy in the morning. Since building 11 is the last building at the bottom of the hill you now need to drag everything up and down from your car and back. Not ideal. Both the road and parking spots to building 11 need to be salted down. I would verify with reservations that you will not be in this building unless you get assurances that the road and parking spots have good snow removal and will be salted down or they will move you into a building with a flat lot if the conditions are too icy for your vehicle.

Best stay ever

Liked: After i booked i read the comments not so good.low water pressure little hot water road noise not clean slak service and others. However i am 66 years old retired contractor nationwide stayed in more hotels than stayed at home. This place is the bomb!!! Clean very comfortable push button fire place. Beautiful kitchen view staff gets a 10 from me.close to evert thing.but yet tucked in .had a hard time finding. I really don't know how they give you so much amenities for the price. We booked for 2 nights liked it so much we stayed another night. We like to chase snow when we can .it didn't disappoint 15 inches one of our best stays ever. Maybe book a renovated room. Our stay was great thanks guys
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like we will book with blue green every time we Chace snow in the future

Superb

Liked: great location, large spacious rooms, very friendly staff and quick response to any problems. For this price, it’s unlikely that anything else is available, so definitely this resort wins. Perhaps some updates will be needed soon, since something has not been updated for years, but nevertheless for a holiday in the mountains and for a ski holiday this place is comfortable more than enough.

Exceptional

Liked: It was a beautiful area to stay at. The bed was very comfortable and the resort was beautiful. We got to make custom ornaments because the facility has activities planned daily. The room included a fire place and a couples tub. Excellent choice.
