One of the best travel...

Liked: Absolutely everything! We were lucky to stay in the apartment that was completely new, everything from start to finish was very smooth and fantastic. I believe so far this is one of my best experience of staying in the hotel. The location cannot be better - the downtown of big Bear Village is right there however the hotel is located a little bit on the side so there is no noise and very chill and peaceful atmosphere. We got a suite overlooking the lake and the pool. The pool is not big but we had a great time there - we were staying on weekdays so there were hardly any guests in the pool. The staff was fantastic, helpful and overall just super super nice. Our suite was spacious, well planned and even had a washer and dryer. I was literally feeling like I was at home. They have a garage for cars which I think is extremely convenient in winter when there is snow. We often come to big bear during the winter season and this will be our place to stay next time. With very rare exceptions, I almost never give 10 rating, but this time I think it’s well worth it!

Disliked: Not a thing.

The resort is BEAUTIFUL and...

Liked: Beautiful, spacious accommodations. Free popcorn and coffee in the lobby. A great gym and game room.
Disliked: A 10 AM check-out time is a little early. 11 AM is the industry standard. Also, the TVs don't have smart technology. So you can't watch streaming services like Netflix or Hulu.

Lovely 2nd visit

Liked: The location is so great. Very central to everything. The property is beautiful. The 2 bedroom suite was so spacious.
Disliked: They were always out of pool towels. The beds were horribly hard and uncomfortable. There were no directions on what to do with our trash. There was no wifi connection for the televisions in bedrooms. I inquired on how to fix it but they just offered to send up maintenance but it was 9pm and half my family was asleep. I didn’t bother asking again.
