Liked: The property is amazing!! The suite we stayed in was pristine and spacious with tasteful and elegant decor and everything you could possibly need for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Staff was attentive and friendly. 5+ Stars!!
Disliked: The television remotes and channels were very difficult to figure out

Excellent family trip to Big...

Liked: Very friendly staff. Nice club house with gym (open at 8 or 9am), nice outdoor pool. Excellent location - walking distance to the village. Our two bedroom suite was beautiful - super clean and comfy. The kitchen / living room was open and had lots of space. Can't wait to come back again.

Magic at Big Bear Lake!

Liked: This place was wonderful in all aspects. The location, the cleanliness, the facilities and staff all contribute to my review of 5 stars. It felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay walking distance to the town and close to all major attractions at Big Bear.
