The staff was friendly and...

Liked: The staff was friendly
Disliked: I checked into my room and left for a while because I had somewhere to be, when I got back my key wouldn’t work. Come to find out someone else was staying in my room. Luckily we didn’t take our stuff in yet. However, it was scary when this person opens the door because it was just my daughter and I. I understand mistakes happen, but this was unsettling.

Liked: The manger was very nice and called me many times to confirm a room hiccup that ended up working out beautifully!
Disliked: I never have any complaints about this hotel , I come from outta town and choose this hotel every year!
