Nice place to stay; in the middle of everything; safe and convenient.

Liked: Location is ideal and made the stay worth it! AC was great. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating! Room was clean.
Disliked: It is very minimalistic and cold due to cement floors and walls. Not even a simple coffee maker in the rooms. The room, aesthetically, didn’t really live up to the pictures online. In addition, some rooms we booked had a foul odor. There were robes but no luggage holders. Would have liked to have luggage holders and in room coffee makers instead of robes. We were there on a peak weekend, so price was outrageous compared to what we got. So it was a little disappointing, but we still had a nice time.

Liked: We like the view from our balcony room and the location of the motel. It's right in the heart of Broadway in Saratoga Springs with Caroline St across the street.
Disliked: It was our second time staying here and the price increased from several years ago. At that time, it appeared more work was being done on the motel. The price for our stay this July 2025 was outrageous, but I thought the motel had included new amenities. Nothing and on top of it we were charged a parking fee of $15 per day. It's a renovated motel that's clean and comfortable, but it's simply overpriced.

Disliked: they charged me an extra 129 mystery charge over and above the rate through booking.com and claim that they refunded it, but I have yet to see it hit my bank account
