Good value for the price

Liked: Nice homey decor...felt more like a permanent residence...well stocked with essentials

It was accommodating; the staff...

Disliked: The grounds need a lot of work! Unkempt! They lost the luster of what it once was. First impressions mean a lot.p

I was a bit disappointed,...

Liked: The staff was lovely and location to where we needed to be in Claresholm was good.
Disliked: The bathroom was dirty, bugs crawling between the carpet on to the bathroom tiles, hair all over the floor and in the tub.

Cheap and clean but super...

Liked: We didn’t eat, wasn’t aware it was available…if it was. Location is handy but very loud and doesn’t feel super safe.
Disliked: Hotel is extremely rundown (eg. broken window in door, couch in room was stained and ripped, carpet threadbare. Everything super dated, which would be ok if it was in mint condition, but that wasn’t the case. The heat is provided by space heaters and the bathroom tub faucet was broken so tricky to get hot water…but doable. It was clean and the beds were warm and comfortable. That was the only saving grace really, not super expensive but more than I would pay in the future unless there are at least some small updates made.
