Disliked: The lawn and property needed a little sprucing with flowers and mowed grass/ ac in room needs a little help .. ac didn’t kick in very well even with adjusting..

Liked: It was really modern, loved the decor and how it’s been styled. Everything you need was there. Was clean and comfortable and a great location for cape cod.
Disliked: The WiFi didn’t reach us in building we stayed in. We were on the outer building to the left of the reception. Not great if you are staying more than one night

Disappointing stay due to poor...

Liked: Pet friendly and it was a clean room.
Disliked: Communication is very poor. Every minor issue was not resolved, ignored or simply brushed off, not talked about. First surprise came when the resort fee, accommodation fee and pet fee showed up on the receipt. The total easily jumped several hundreds from the original fee.Transparency about the resort fee, accommodation fee and pet fee would be appreciated ahead of the time. People on a budget rely on knowing money situation ahead of the time. We found out that WiFi was not working after we tried to connect. At the desk they did not even mention that they were having issues. Honesty people! Honesty is still a good trait to have. It was said there will be a light house keeping while we were there. 3 nights and no housekeeping was provided. We asked for a simple trash bag and it was not brought up to the room. We needed towels, but could not find anyone to ask them for. We used ours that we brought with us. Disappointing due to details.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious.
Disliked: We booked a non-pet friendly room, but there were a lot of dog hairs of the couch and a dog-blanket. I am highly allergic so this I really did not like and find dirty.Also we would have liked some more utensils/plates etc in the kitchen.
