Nice homes on large resort...

Liked: We stayed in unit 106. It had a nice view over the property and to the lake. The house was impeccably clean and my kids loved all the stuff they could do there - tubing hill, pool, games room. It was well located to Huntsville and Algonquin park.
Disliked: The only things I didn’t really love were that the house had a slightly bad smell, the floor of the pool change rooms was a little gross and there was some note in the house saying we would be charged extra money if we didn’t take out our garbage. None of these are deal breakers and I’d happily go back, but considering the price you pay per night these were things I would expect to be better/covered.

A great holiday location and...

Liked: Size and layout of The Hilltop was great. very clean and warm. 2 Beds not comfortable-we rolled into the middle. Lovely pool saunaandhottub. Good gameroom. Lots of dining and kitchen space, and rooms for activities. Great fireplace and wood supply.
Disliked: More cooking equipment, a second rack in oven. DVD player didn’t work well and controller needed batteries.

Liked: The only thing open was the indoor pool and sauna. The game room was okay-ish.
Disliked: First of all there were two ladies at the main office. One of them with short hair was not at all welcoming and kind of seemed rude. The other lady was good.The cottage was very poor from inside. The shower head was broken and wasn't working properly, the door was also not in good condition. BBQ was rusty and not cleanThe AC was loudNone of the remotes were working and had to get new batteries, the tv was pretty old and barely working. The dvd player was not working and got it replaced (thank you).Over all the price we paid was just for the cottage as most of the activities were closed (skating rink, tube hill, outdoor pool). And that was not worth it. The cottage was not worth $400 per night!!
