Liked: Perfect hotel for a short stay. I booked 9 nights here and the room was clean, receptionists very kind and breakfast good. It is very near the Elizabeth Line stop

Overall great experience. Breakfast was...

Liked: The property was very clean, newly renovated. Room air conditioning was so great. Had a wonderful night sleep. The staff was very friendly and caring for my needs.
Disliked: The price for one room was high.

Warm welcome

Liked: The Staff were utterly delightful! Smiles are hard to find in London but they abounded here. Arrived 4 hours before check-in time but the Manager let me go to my room straight away.
Disliked: The one pillow was very thin.
