Liked: The property was very clean, newly renovated. Room air conditioning was so great. Had a wonderful night sleep. The staff was very friendly and caring for my needs.
Disliked: The price for one room was high.

Liked: The Staff were utterly delightful! Smiles are hard to find in London but they abounded here. Arrived 4 hours before check-in time but the Manager let me go to my room straight away.
Disliked: The one pillow was very thin.

A pleasant stay

Liked: It was in a great location for where I needed to be, it was across the road from the train station so easy access. There were lots of places to eat nearby and the staff were really helpful. I got a lovely welcome, the room was clean and it had air conditioning which was great, it was comfortable and there was a free breakfast. I was also given some bottles of water which saved me going to buy some and for a short stay this place was great.

Pleasant and comfortable

Liked: Staff are very helpful especially Jaroon (?) who went out of his way to find someone to guide us around London. Jyosthna did her best and gave us a tour of the places we wanted to visit. She is so kind to us and felt like I found a daughter in her.
Disliked: Too many doors to push in narrow hallways, but I understand that those maybe for security reasons.

Liked: Excellent place to stay. Clean room and bathroom ( recently renovated ). Kind and frendly staf . Great location , very close to the underground station. Meny shops in the area . It was a pleasant stay . I definitely recomand it .
Disliked: Nothing bad
