Liked: A good value place to stay - not luxurious but then it does not market itself based on luxury. The room was clean and safe, and the receptionist was polite. The location right over the road from the station is good, and there are nearby takeaways and restaurants open until late.
Disliked: A couple of small points: it was cold to begin with, as the heating was not turned on in my room until I arrived; and you have to be buzzed into the building by reception, which keeps you feeling safe, but was a bit of a faff.

Liked: It's was great, they were sympatic both of them.But, bed needs really clean. there was a little dust when I came.
Disliked: Nothing.Maybe single bed (to small). But it's just a detail.

Disliked: The staff didn’t allow us to spend time with the family and kept calling and pressuring to leave with deadline and gave time. Even though I told him that we booked this hotel near by so I could spend some time with my brother as he cannot visit my house due to the landlords restriction. It was only the first day I wanted to spend time and make him feel comfortable in a new place as we directly came from another city.

Liked: The location is great just opposite seven Kings station with the new convenient Elizabeth line for connection with London centre and Heathrow airport.The staff are so nice - especially the manager Haroon - and always smile to the guests.This was our second time and the service has definitely improved since they opened doors. The rooms are quite clean and the very functional.This time the room was noisier than last time but they immediately changed our room to a quieter one upon notifying them and even helped us move the luggage.The cleaning and breakfast staff are also very nice. One morning my wife was ill and they kindly phoned the room asking if they could leave the breakfast open a little longer for her or if we wanted something to eat to put apart for having it in the room.
Disliked: the rooms are a bit small if you have a bit of luggage and kids; however if your purpose is to use the hotel to spend the most of the day out it is perfect.
