Wonderful View & Room

Liked: The location was wonderful. Room was splendid.
Disliked: The daytime front desk gal was superb!! Then I met the night time gal and she was rude. I get people have "off days" but it was totally unprofessional and I didn't want to deal with them again.

Liked: The location was great and great view. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: We got a balcony room so had to use stairs but that was our choice. Wanted the balcony.
