Liked: The service was exceptional and the front desk agent 'Sandeep' did an awesome job and helped us a lot. We stayed at Grand Georgia suites. Very close to everything, we had a blast.

Liked: Receptionist was awesome , she read and understoo our situation and took good care of us. Much appreciated!
Disliked: We had a preschooler so the outside noise was a bit too much but it wasn't too bad. The view from the porch made it woth a while.

Disliked: Check in line took 40 minutes and our room recycling bin was full of the previous guests garbage; balcony was very small and difficult to navigate

Fun family stay!

Liked: Love the central resort location - you are right in the heart of the village as soon as you exit the hotel. The outdoor pool is very nice with lots of seating. Lots of space in the full apartment-like suites. We loved having the balcony overlooking the main square events and fireworks for Canada day.
Disliked: The check-in process was very slow and long. Pool was often at capacity, but you did not find out until you were already at the pool which is really challenging when you have excited kids with you. Bed toppers were too soft and one of our bedrooms was freezing even thought we adjusted the thermostat.
