Liked: Perfect location and the pool was excellent.
Disliked: Stayed from Friday-Sunday and the our room wasn’t cleaned once. I had to ask multiple times in messages and in person for a crib.

Liked: The best part is it has a great location. Stayed for 2 nights and just a walking distance to the main attractions. The room and suites (we had 2 reservations) has spacious living area and complete kitchen amenities such as microwave, coffee maker, fridge, range, plates and utensils and even pots.
Disliked: We have 2 separate reservations for a group of 10 people, one deluxe and one suite. We have booked multiple times already and always get the bigger suite room (1king and 2 double beds) but not this time. This year seems to be the worst experience we've had. When checking-in, we requested to have the 2 rooms be close by. Though they tried but the best they can is in the same floor but end to end. The deluxe room has a smoky smell while the suite is smaller than the one we usually had. They were able to move us when we complain to a different deluxe room but not for the suite one as they are fully booked as claimed. The only option provided is to upgrade with a fee to a 3-bedroom suite which for me is not worth the additional money but had no choice. I was advised that I should have requested (the king and 2 beds) prior but such is not the case in my previous experiences. It's very disappointing as I had this reservation for like 10 months earlier to get the best deal but need to pay extra last minute. Then to our dismay, the suite provided to us has an issue with the air conditioning. The rooms remain warm during the day and only become slightly cooler around midnight. When we complained they said there’s an ongoing repair and doing their best to resolve the issue. There’s a resorts fee too that was not clearly explained to us but was just charged to my card in addition to the upgrade. Though the resorts fee was rectified when I complaint, but I need to pay extra for the underground parking of $20 per car per night. Though everybody enjoyed the blue mountain experience but overall, not worth the money I spent for two nights stay. Maybe we need to look elsewhere to celebrate our annual get together.

Great location and great amenities.

Liked: Location and the pool were great for the kids. Was also very close to our dance competition event space. Staff were lovely and when we needed something it was brought to our room right away. This was our second time here and we will definitely be back.
Disliked: Parking garage is a bit treacherous so be very careful when entering and leaving. The entrance is very narrow. Very easy to scrape your car.
