Convenient and acceptable

Liked: Close to where we needed to be the next day. It was comfortable and check in and out was straightforward. Great for a short stay.
Disliked: Bathroom was clean but the shower was very, very small. Also needs hooks on the walls in the bathroom as there is no space, except on the toilet itself, to put your clothing etc. while showering. Also needs to put into the listing clearly that there is no lift as I have a disability and found the stairs a problem.

Disliked: The cleanliness was horrible, one of the lights didnt work, there was what looked like mould in the bathroom and on the windows, there was a blind missing, the staff had horrible customer service and there was difficulty getting into the room as they did not send me a code to get my key and delayed it until half an hour after my scheduled time and on the last night we stayed there our key had apparently "expired" as it didn't work on the door and we had to call up a manager who was lovely and told us to put the old on in the return bkx and directed us to a new one. However in the morning someone had obviously thought we'd left as they attempted to open our door!! Horrible experience and I expected more out of a moderately rated and priced motel. We stayed in room number 15.
