Shame on you "Blue Diamond"

Liked: SPA and food is good.
Disliked: "4 stars Spa hotel" and no place to dry trouthers and slippers, all wet after pool and heated towel rail is cold. The receptionist told me she will send the guy to help and didn't do it. When i came - she told to dry it on the balcony ( that does not exist in room number 101 🫣) or on street ( under the rain). Very loud place with alot of noise of running childrens whole the day. Can't get rest after long road from Kyiv. I payed in Euro cash on reception but exchange rate is high, so better to pay in pln.P.S. Shame on you "Blue Diamond" people in Kyiv, under every day attak's on energetics, have hot tower rails every day long. First time to see such a problem in 4 star hotel in EU.

Relexation and recovery

Liked: Although I had short stay, it is safe to say that I did enjoy it much. You can meet many different people there, regardless of what group you are traveling with, all needs are meet here. As for the Spa area, it offers many diverse opportunities to relax, with quite a large area to avoid overcrowdedness and many sunbathing lounger chairs and saunas.Breakfast is also amazing, regardless of what diet you are on. This also holds true for the resteraunt on the ground floor, where you will be surprised with amazing food to a fair price. Lastly, all the staff are friendly but not like in an overly or perfunctory way or so, as in some other hotels.
Disliked: As for the bathtub in the suit, the nozzles could have been a little cleaner. But this is only a minor critic.
