Dissapointing

Liked: The breakfast was ok.
Disliked: I didn't like the evening meal, i ordered a mixed grill and when it came it looked cheap and processed. I was woken in the middle of the night by someone in another room having a domestic argument which seemed to go on for about an hour.

Disliked: Bathroom needs updatingBed was seemed smaller than expected, like a small double but it was a nice bed. Stained mugs at breakfast

Disliked: The room needs decorating, stains on walls, curtains need cleaning. Shower door mould which needs replacing.Other residents clearly not having a thought for other residents, shouting & talking outside our room during night.Clearly the whole hotel needs upgrading and thought taking place that this should be a place to have a comfortable restful nights sleep.At present we will not be staying again.

Disliked: The place is very nice and clean the only thing I have a problem with was the reception was empty no staffs we sat there for awhile no one came i have to go look for a member of staff to check us in . ..in the morning again, we came downstairs for breakfast and no staff again. I finally got a guy called Andy. I asked him why there was no staff at the reception all the time I had been there he said the company don't allow them to have at the reception I found that so weird
