Disliked: The towels are small and only two in the room it should be four.

Exceptional value for money!

Liked: Wonderful hotel - location is very central yet on a quiet street so you can sleep nicely, all staff members were very friendly and courteous, the level of cleanliness was exceptional. The hotel is rather new (or refurbished) with very good showers and comfortable beds. I was really pleasantly surprised as usually hotels of the same price range in NYC can be a mixed bag. Herbal teas in the lobby are of high quality. Plenty of towels in the bathroom; 2 bottles of water and soft drinks for free every day.
Disliked: I really can't come up with anything that I did not like, the hotel indeed presents excellent value for money! They even gave me a staff member's umbrella until I bought my own! Will definitely come back.

Liked: Clean, well situated, easy access.
Disliked: Noisy, can hear easily though walls and windows. Would have preferred room on back side of hotel now having experienced on street side with all the noise.

Clean, well located and perfect...

Liked: The room was very clean which was great to arrive to after a long day of travel. The location was perfect for our needs. We walked to the theatre district, Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Central Park and the shops on 5th Ave. Food options around the hotel were great. Loved the complimentary water and snacks in the room as well.
Disliked: In room coffee and tea would have been nice, but they had it in the lobby.

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel room was small but spotlessly clean and well maintained. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Comfortable bed, good size TV, minibar, and the lamps had outlets and ports. Great location too. The Hugh food hall is two blocks away.
Disliked: No

The Blue Angel Hotel is...

Liked: Everything about the Blue Angel was perfect. Everything. Thank you to the staff for being so helpful and personable. We can't wait to stay there again! Perfection.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing.
