Disappointing

Overall it was a nice...

Disliked: Had to unplug the Tv to for the microwave to work

I was not satisfied at...

Liked: The price and the staff
Disliked: The room was not what the app said. No balcony with ocean view. Tv not working no remote, shower won’t clean. Room smelled like pure smoke

Disliked: The staff wasn’t friendly, I had paid for an ocean front room with a private balcony and didn’t receive either of those things.

Disliked: Room was not ready at check in time 4 pm ,had to wait .Swimming pool was way to cloudy ,dirty

Liked: The location was great. We were able to just walk right out onto the beach from our room.
Disliked: The WiFi coulda been better. Streaming on my device was a little slow in my room.

Liked: We loved the location.We have stayed here for the past 3 years.Everyone is always super nice from check in til check out.Always very clean.
