Make sure when you book...

Liked: Clean
Disliked: I booked ocean front room & unfortunately I was placed on the first floor because I was traveling with a pet, first floor you are looking at the pool & a wall not the ocean! Also did not fell safe considering our so called balcony walked straight to the pool deck, people outside being loud all hours of the night.

Passable

Liked: Close to the ocean, parking
Disliked: It's very damp, the room is always humid, it feels like you're sleeping on a wet bed. There is no place to dry things. Cleaning is carried out irregularly.

Liked: I always stay in an oceanfront. It was very clean. The staff was absolutely excellent. Location is perfect.
Disliked: Not gonna say I didn’t like it. But the shower heads and rinse off station coming off the beach is on the inside of the wall with the pool. That definitely needs to be relocated where it used to be on the outside of that. There’s a lot of sand tracking everywhere now..

If you can afford to...

Liked: I did like that it had access to the beach at any time
Disliked: While other hotels offered beach umbrellas and chair rentals, this one did not. This hotel offered beach access 24 hours a day but you would also have to walk around an additional property in order to get to the beach after 9 PM or before 9 AM. Housekeeping came every morning first thing in the morning between 8 AM and 9 AM and when asked to return later since the family was sleeping, we were advised that they had other things to do and we ended up cleaning our own room the entirety of the stay. Despite the updates in the room, the facility is just very much ran down.
