Liked: at least, room is clean.
Disliked: staff are rude, a lot of false informations 1. it says public parking available, but they only have "valet parking" which you'll have no other choice but to avail of it.2. "breakfast included" is only a $20 voucher in their "trying to be fancy restaurant" that is ridiculously priced, $20 is not even enough for a meal as they will include an 18% service charge and will let you put in a tip on top of that 18% service charge.3.Manager and staff are very dismissive of concerns, fridge is not working, concern raised for 2 consecutive day, and on the 3rd day, it still hasnt been fixed.

Liked: The staff was very kind and tried their best to be accommodating!
Disliked: It seemed like they were not properly staffed and were not prepared to handle the occupancy level. When we first checked in, we were placed in the incorrect room type (1 king bed instead of a double queen suite). We were able to switch rooms. However, the final room did not seem to be fully cleaned. They didn't replace the water bottles and coffee pods - we found half-empty water bottles that someone else had drunk. Additionally, the beds were not fully made - they used top sheets as the fitted sheets, which were extremely rough (to the point where the fabric was bunching into little balls), and one bed didn't have a top sheet at all between the bottom sheet and the comforter. The water faucet for the wet bar also leaked.
