My stay wasn’t the best,...

Liked: The location
Disliked: They charge for absolutely everything, I paid for early check in & my room was completely dirty. I had to request another room with an upgrade

I enjoy the hotel, however...

Liked: Parking is some of the most expensive in Houston. It is a mandatory valet with a cost $50 per night. There is neighborhood parking a few blocks away; however, this is not the safest part of Houston, so you should choose your public parking carefully.
Disliked: The phone in the room was broken. The TV in the room was very difficult to work with, and when you do get it to work, the channel choices are very limited (and confusing to find). The Front desk has no power and is put in a difficult position of having to apologize. Management only works from 11 pm to 7 am. When management is there, they are responsive, but you need to stay up late and/or get up early.

Disliked: Marble floor transition to carpet had a sharp edge that could hurt a bare foot.Did not find an extra blanket for my cold natured wife

Wonderful stay at the Blossom...

Liked: Breakfast was delicious and we loved the location. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Norma helped find a missing air pod and mailed it to us. In fact, I wish every hotel had a Norma.
Disliked: I liked everything, no complaints.
