Liked: This is the second trip on which Melvin has checked me into the hotel and both times he was welcoming and very professional. He is an asset to your establishment.
Disliked: Vent fan in the bathroom was out of order.

Liked: 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had an amazing stay at this property! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome—especially Pablo Quintero, who went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. He was not only kind and professional, but also helped me take some great photos and made me feel truly at home. Pablo brings such a positive energy and warmth to the hotel—he’s a real asset to the team and definitely made my stay more enjoyable.
Disliked: Loved every bit! Between the friendly service and the welcoming atmosphere, I left with such a great impression. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting!

Excellent base for a weeks...

Liked: From the get go the hotel aesthetics are beautiful. We had a late check in after being mislead on the time to drive between Dallas and Houston and the staff greeted us as happily as they would at 10am.The rooms spacious, tastefully decorated and excellent amenities. The Dyson hairdryers are excellent. The upstairs bar, pool awesome in the Houston heat. The wait on food totally acceptable. The laundry room is a stand alone brilliant idea. When travelling you want just to wash and be ready to go again. The concierge staff were brilliant dealing with these aussies who never thought to tip until our last day (which we did as a group collective). Breakfast was good.A local told me i should have booked closer to the convention centre, but we were perfect being outside of the city. Easy to go to nasa for the space loving junkie of the group. And plenty of places to get food from.The staff over all are a delight.The cleaning staff spoilt my son rotten and i can only say a huge Thank you
Disliked: The property was perfect. But if you filled in the hole at the bottom of the bathroom vanity the hairdryer cord wouldn’t get caught

Liked: Beautiful hotel aesthetic were nice
Disliked: For the amount we paid our room was not available, until I had to catch a fit and then one came up, no face towels cause they said they were running low so they wasn’t giving any out, kids were running and knocking on doors call downstairs no one addressed it. Bar drinks were very expensive and very little amount. Tv doesn’t allow you to add apps like prime video they have Netflix but the app kept cutting off in mid movie.
