Lovely

Liked: The breakfast was delicious. the accommodations were perfect. We had the Two-bedroom suite. Very beautiful and spacious. Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: we did have 2 small hiccups, I chose the breakfast included option on booking but when i got there they stated they do not include breakfast they instead gave me 2 $20 vouchers for 2 meals but there were 5 of us who paid for breakfast be included. I think the breakfast included option should be taken off the site. another thing one of the Valet drivers drove one of our cars a little crazy so we decided to switch to self-parking.

Liked: Superb hotel. Excellent service (especially from Pablo on Reception). Warm welcome, swift easy valet parking, large comfy lobby area. Or room was a suite; very large, with really comfy settee and beds, spacious wardrobes, a safe, lovely large marble bathroom (shower, no bath), with Dyson hair-dryer, easy to use effective aircon, lots of lighting & electric outlets, good TV with lots of choice, and decent small fridge and a sink / worktop area. Ice maker on the corridor. Laundry room was excellent: we used the free to use computer controlled washers and dryers. The outdoor swimming pool on the roof space was spacious, with great service from the bar next door, the water was warm enough even on a cooler day.
Disliked: The location was not central and not near local walkable shops, though as we had a car this was not a problem. Loungers round the pool were made of hard rattan, not so comfy without towels. No other issues!

Disliked: I kept getting charges that didn’t belong to me. I couldn’t spend money that was pending. They made a lot of errors on my billing and stay. This truly was an inconvenience

Room service food is not...

Liked: Bath room was modern … valet was very professional and on time …. Best part about the hotel
Disliked: They charge certain guest a different cost per night for incidentals… spoke to several white guest who was only charged 100$ for the entire stay. And the blacks pair 100$ per night…. Hallways smelt like marijuana.

Awesome would stay again when...

Liked: I like the customer service experience all staff was welcoming. Very clean nice rooms. The hospitality was awesome can’t complain.
Disliked: I wish rooms had a microwave I don’t think people should have to pay extra for it. It should be apart of anywhere you stay. The rooms should have a trash can there was only one small one in the bathroom. Also breakfast should be included in the stay as well most places include those things these days.
