Great location!

Liked: Amazing location, helpful friendly staff, great bar downstairs
Disliked: No aircon (probably not usually an issue but happened to be unseasonably warm!). Noisy as we were facing the street, but it was expected due to location and a very busy weekend

Stay here for location!

Liked: Very convenient to downtown Dublin and sites. Staff very helpful and friendly. The room was smaller than it appeared in the photos and was stuffy. Dublin isn’t used to being “hot” so no AC but the staff loaned us a fan. Also our window didn’t open like some rooms. The walls are thick so it’s quiet!
Disliked: Expensive! And the room was stuffy. The room cost was very pricey for what we got.

Very poor

Liked: Good breakfast, good location.
Disliked: On arrival in the room I noticed the floors were very slippy. On saturday afternoon, I slipped and hit my head on the wall. It was bleeding quite a lot but eventually stopped. The hotel guest book says there is a doctor on call, so I rang reception. But they said there wasn't a doctor on call and just offered to call an ambulance which I declined.Nobody from the hotel came to the room to check on me.After I had a call with my brother (who lives in Dublin) he came to my room and we decided it would be best if I did go to A&E to get my injury assessed. Thankfully there was no serious injury.I was unimpressed and quite shocked by the lack of care from the hotel staff when told that a guest had suffered an injury in there hotel room. Will not stay there again.

Good location and reasonably priced....

Liked: Good location and nice room with adequate toilet/shower facilities.
Disliked: The breakfast was expensive and the fruit juices weren't "genuine" juices, which you'd expect for the price.
