Nice modern hotel, with exceptional...

Liked: The hotel is brand new and has a modern decoration. The rooms offer plenty of light and a view of the city, are very clean, modern and functional. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, close to the main train station and in walking distance from the center (Duomo). The hotel has a lounge with food and drinks (and you get free welcome drinks). In addition, it has a 24/7 gym, that despite being small, is very modern and equiped with top notch equipment from Technogym.
Disliked: The breakfast room is not so big and in some days, at peak hours (around 9:30), there was a considerable waiting line for a table. But the staff and the manager did a great job to expedite the process as much as they could. If you are in a rush, consider using alternative times. As we were on vacations, this was not a big deal.

Disliked: The Front Desk, gave me poor directions to Veranda Italy in the Lake Como region causing me to travel an extra 5 hours to reach my destination. I showed Mateo at the front desk the address and he gave bad directions.
