Disliked: Too high price, the room was bearable but too stuffy and too small, I had generally higher expectations and I was disappointed

Perfect for plane/train connection.

Liked: Arriving late at Gatwick, this was the most convenient place to stay. The hotel is right inside the South Terminal so all meal facilities are the normal terminal facilities. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The rooms are small so better have the minimum of luggage with you. It's probably not worth paying the extra to have a room with a window

Compact but perfect and so...

Liked: Very quiet. The ability to get a decent coffee at any time was a bonus.
Disliked: It was all good.

Great location and staff. Expensive.

Liked: Location, comfortable bed and helpful, efficient reception staff.
Disliked: For older people the lighting is inadequate. I think you are paying a premium rate for the superb location. Didn’t like the wet room shower set up and we know about the VIP rooms, but feel they are just too expensive. We feel we would probably opt for another hotel with a shuttle service next time.

Liked: The hotel locates inside the airport and this is very convenient. I have to take another flight the next morning, so I don't need to waste time travelling to hotel.
Disliked: The room is small but has the basic facilities I need. so nothing to complaint.
