Stylish accommodation in the heart...

Liked: A fabulous location next to the Cathedral. The room was very comfortable with its own spacious sitting room. A deep bath and fluffy white robes. I loved the stylish old-world decor - it felt like a country manor!
Disliked: Nothing

Superb

Liked: Room was nice and cozy, works well for a small stay
Disliked: Maybe not a toddler proof room with decorations on the table (small problem), but the bathroom was missing shower gel and other tiny things. The bath tubs plug was also broken (superficial but slightly annoying)

Nice room with one moldy...

Liked: Perfectly situated in the city centre. Nice looking room.
Disliked: Water cooker with mold and noodle remains from previous guests.

Glimpse of 'used to be...

Liked: The staff was helpful, thoughtful, and genuinely trying to accommodate us the best they could. Upon request, some extra things were prepared for our arrival (roses, non-alcoholic sparkling wine, etc.). The room design is great.
Disliked: The elevator was broken down (quite the atrocity when in a wheelchair and having to carry your partner up 2 floors). The bedsheets and towels were dirty. There is no staff in the evening/night, except for remote support. Although these are friendly and helpful, they can not actually do something in the hotel if required. Fireplace not working. Mold in the shower. All in all, there is a lack of maintenance.

Great location, rooms and service

Liked: I really liked the on-screen person check-in, great feature. The rooms were really spacious and a high spec. Special shout out to Filippo, it was late and he tried to find me somewhere I could eat.
Disliked: The breakfast was ok, very limited though.
