Terrible

Disliked: Staff is untrained and unhelpful, apart from one lady called Harmonia. My daughter got a third degree burn on her forehead from a candle placed on a low table in their lobby. No apology from the management was offered. We had to approach them and to this day have not received an incident report as we requested. All we got were smirks and smug replies and zero offers of help. An astounding lack of response to a child on fire and screaming in pain in their lobby. If you want to stay somewhere that is unsafe for children and where the staff is smug and impolite, this is your place. I have traveled to over 40 countries and not once have I been treated this appallingly.

Liked: Excellent breakfast! A wide range of meals, including GF, lactose-free, and vegan options. The sauna was great! Also, a decent gym size. Great facilities overall! Highly recommend

Disliked: The room I stayed in didn't have any windows. It was depressing as I was staying for almost four nights and expecting a room with natural light.
