Liked: DO NOT BOOK HERE! Went to check in and the hotel isn’t even open to the public! Absolutely disgraceful traveled 2 hrs and 30 mins Me & my family were left with no where to stay in Blackpool days before Christmas!!! Owner ignored all our calls

Exceptional

Liked: The staff were friendly. We arrived earlier that expected so the staff let us check in early.
Disliked: The bed it's self wasn't very comfortable but never mind

Disliked: The property is not fit to be open. There’s no lock in front door, no carpet up the stairs, there’s work equipment everywhere. The room we stayed in the door lock was broken I had to push a cupboard up against the door to keep it shut. The bed was so uncomfortable you could feel all the springs. It was also very itching in there I think there was bed bugs in there. The place it self smelt like weed and I believe there was someone living there smoking it all the time which the smell came through to our room. The area it was based felt very unsafe and my children was very scared the whole time. We seen someone to give us the keys at the start they was pleasant but we never seen them again. No one manning the hotel. It’s says there’s parking but there’s one space up a tiny alley way which we couldn’t fit our jeep up.

Horrendous

Liked: This place is absolutely disgusting they have crack heads living in the property full time when we got into are room there was a tablet on the bed the landlord and his girlfriend turned up in the middle of the night and was trying to kick everyone out she was extremely violent towards the guests and police had to be rang I had children with me who was very scared due to her assaulting everyone going mad in the street this hotel needs shutting down DO NOT STAY HERE
