Blanch House

Would stay again but would book with them direct.

Liked: The staff, location and the hotel itself were all excellent.
Disliked: The fact that the full cost of the stay was taken from my bank on Monday and when I arrived on Thursday was told I had to pay again as the payment on Monday was from Booking.com (the reference on the pending transfer says Blanch House) people, and I still have not received the money back yet. Very angry at this in fact.

Exceptional

Liked: I liked my room decor! and my bed was very comfy . I had nice and quiet sleepStuff was absolutely amazing and friendly, many thanks to Lidia, who was so patient and helpful with me ( I left my key in the room, then I forgot my charger in the bar, she was getting all that for me !) plus everything was positive! From home to home , I didn’t want to leave the hotel,!

Short stay in Brighton

Liked: Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Continental breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice. Our room was comfortable.
Disliked: In the bathroom it may be advisable to have a handle over the bath to assist with stepping in and out of the bath. A bath mat would help to avoid slipping once out of the shower/bath

Blanch House is a great...

Liked: Very friendly and helpful hosts. The room we had was lovely. Very large comfortable bed. Nice powerful shower.We also upgraded breakfast to the full English which was very good. Also found a disabled parking space just outside which was handy. Would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing really it was all very nice.

Great choice in Brighton

Liked: Excellent staff made our stay just perfect, with their attentiveness and service. Complimentary Prosecco for the birthday celebration, fresh milk, chilled water…. Clean and comfortable room. Not too far to walk to Brighton pier / Sealife / central town. We’d definitely use again.
Disliked: Of course finding an on-street parking space is always tricky in Brighton, yet we eventually found one. It’s currently £15 per 24 hours for ‘C’ zone parking. Misunderstood when booking that the included breakfast would be the cooked breakfast, however the post booking confirmation email clearly explained a £15pp surcharge for cooked breakfast. That said, the continental breakfast was plentiful and lovely, so we certainly weren’t hungry!

Lovely break with welcoming staff

Liked: The decoration of the property was lovely, the staff were fantastic. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble to make our stay memorable
Disliked: Our room was smaller than expected the only down side was a space for the kettle and tea making facilities
