Blanch House

Would stay again but would book with them direct.

Liked: The staff, location and the hotel itself were all excellent.
Disliked: The fact that the full cost of the stay was taken from my bank on Monday and when I arrived on Thursday was told I had to pay again as the payment on Monday was from Booking.com (the reference on the pending transfer says Blanch House) people, and I still have not received the money back yet. Very angry at this in fact.

Liked: Was a beautiful guest house. Staff were friendly and was clean. Perfect for a weekend getaway.
Disliked: The bed was so hard we and my partner struggled to sleep. The room also was very hot. There was a fan provided but didn't work very well unfortunately.

Disliked: Size of bathroom, but understandable given the age of the building.

Liked: The room had everything I needed including the ability to make a morning coffee, places to hang clothes, comfortable bed, quiet hotel.
