Would stay again but would book with them direct.

Liked: The staff, location and the hotel itself were all excellent.
Disliked: The fact that the full cost of the stay was taken from my bank on Monday and when I arrived on Thursday was told I had to pay again as the payment on Monday was from Booking.com (the reference on the pending transfer says Blanch House) people, and I still have not received the money back yet. Very angry at this in fact.

Liked: All the staff were so welcoming and lovely! They couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating. The bar was fantastic and really unexpected. We enjoyed the continental breakfast and the property was quiet. We’d stay again in a heartbeat.
Disliked: We could not fault much at all. A hot option at breakfast would be welcomed but the continental had good options and the croissants were lovely.

Liked: Lydia was so lovely and accomodating. The room was nice and the mattress was firm. Those homemade biscuits were amazing. The location was really lovely for where we needed to be. We felt very welcomed and catered for.
Disliked: The bathroom could do with a deep clean and the breakfast was a bit uninspiring. It was limited and it's always more exciting to have some hot cooked breakfast options, other than porridge and toast. The pillows were very soft, which some people may not like.

Disliked: The bath plug was broken, so it stuck from 21:00 at night, so only one of us could have a bath/shower.The bed linen had stains on the inside.No selection of tea bags, only black tea.Coffee could of been better.
