We spent 3 days, from 31 December 2021 until 3 January 2022. We went to attend the Allstate Sugar Bowl where our home team Baylor Bears played. The hotel is older, but well maintained and clean. All the staff we came into contact with were amazing! We stayed on the 8th floor and Charisma was our housekeeper. She was very helpful and kind.

Liked: Rooms were comfortable and clean. Beds were very nice and being an older hotel, very well maintained.
Disliked: None.

Rooms clean if not slightly...

Liked: Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. Mini fridge in the room was a nice plus
Disliked: Rooms had a musty smell to them. While I booked a city-facing room, they gave me one with two windows that faced a wall, and were therefore locked shut. No natural light whatsoever. The room was also right in front of the maintenance closet, so doors opened and closed at all hours of the day. Parking was also very expensive at $47 a night. Ended up going to a garage next door for $40 a night. It adds up!
