We spent 3 days, from 31 December 2021 until 3 January 2022. We went to attend the Allstate Sugar Bowl where our home team Baylor Bears played. The hotel is older, but well maintained and clean. All the staff we came into contact with were amazing! We stayed on the 8th floor and Charisma was our housekeeper. She was very helpful and kind.

Liked: I really enjoyed the hotel staff. I saw a couple bugs in my room praying that I did not bring any home. Plus the room is a little stuffy. But the hotel staff made up for it. I can't remember my contact person at the front desk name I want to say Sandra but not sure Kenny and the restaurant was great.
Disliked: Seeing 2 bugs in 5he bathroom, and stuffiness of my room.
