Liked: The accommodation was so clean and comfortable and exceeded our expectations. We wanted to be near family who live there and it was perfect. We will definitely be staying again.

Liked: The pod was very nice
Disliked: Complaints from residents to say we were in the hot tub till 12pm at night which we weren't, felt like we couldn't relax properly due to this so wouldn't return again.

Great holiday with plenty of...

Liked: Clean well kept lodge, the kids loved the hot tub. Well stocked kitchen.
Disliked: The pillows were a little hard

Excellent short break

Liked: Super clean accommodation as well as all areas of the park being immaculate. Great accessible caravan for a family member who needed no steps and a walk in shower. Also needed to have oxygen delivered to reception and receptionist was great, so helpful. Also massive bonus points for being dog friendly.
Disliked: Had hot water issues but reception sent technicians straight away and we were given a bottle of Prosecco as an apology which was a lovely gesture.
