Liked: While it can look a little beat up when you first come in, it was very clean and had absolutely everything I needed.The price was good in comparison to all the other hotels around the festival. Great location! Will probably come back if I go to reading festival again!!

Liked: Central for everything. Comfortable. Clean. Very simple and value for money
Disliked: A bit of noise from people in the building early morning

Liked: Great location, perfect to put your head down.
Disliked: Sink drainer, Shower head, and tap in room 21 could do with upgrades

Liked: Great location, quiet , clean

No human contact on arrival!...

Liked: No breakfast. A couple of minutes’ walk from Reading Station.
Disliked: No reception staff. Had to have a code to enter the property, but without wi-fi I couldn’t access e-mail to obtain the code, so I was in effect locked out. Luckily, a gentleman operating the cafe next door was kind enough to telephone the owner and get the code to let me in, otherwise I’d have been stuck.

You get what you pay...

Liked: Location great, nice facilities, great lower prices for Reading.
Disliked: It was not very clean, it looked like it hadn't been hoovered in a while. Shower head needs replacing. I also didn't receive my code to open the main door to check in, and so I called the staff several times before I got through and was given the code.
