Fantastic hotel

Liked: Very clean and fabulous rooms. Online photos were not good but actual rooms are fantastic. Great location.
Disliked: Parking lots are too small for Full Size SUV

Customer service doesn’t match the...

Disliked: Total cost paid in advance was 800 CAD for one night - 1 room - 2 adults. On check in the staff would not even let us park let alone get a room key until I gave them a physical credit card for a 200 CAD incidentals charge - they would not accept Apple Pay (although strangely they did for the booking). The supervisor told me I had no other option but to find my card. This meant I had my bags open on the floor of reception looking for my wallet. It could have been far more gracefully handled.

Liked: Beautiful well maintained pool & hot tub facilities. Comfortable beds and lots of space for large groups & families. The kitchen is well equipped and our suite was very clean. We did not have to call the front desk for anything. Coffee & tea was supplied. In suite laundry was so nice with 3 kids, and soap was provided. Thank you for the wonderful stay! Excellent location and view. We will be back to stay again with Blackstone Mountain Lodge.
