False advertising

Liked: The location.
Disliked: All 3 hot tubs were "broken." We booked this place specifically because we were hiking all day and wanted to swim after a long day. Had we known they didn't have working hot tubs, we would've booked somewhere else. 2 cupboards in our room had half-full pepsi's in them attracting bugs and letting us know the room had not been cleaned well at all. There was a cigarette burn on the bed spread. Booking.com has not done anything to reimburse or discount for our crappy stay, though it's their website advertising this hotel with hot tubs. Probably won't use this service again.
