Liked: Have stayed a few times previously, parking is never an issue and staff bar/restaurant are always accommodating
Disliked: As we had pitch view the patio door was locked which I understand is for safety however air conditioning isn’t the best and room became really hot overnight .I ordered pasta of the day which was supposed to be sweet chilli chicken however it was basically a huge bowl of mildly spicy pasta with plain chicken sliced over the top. Never had an issue with food previously and portion sizes are ample.

A great stay but shame...

Liked: The room was clean and spacious with plenty of condiments! It had a fab view of the pitch too and was very quiet at night. The food was very good and the buffet breakfast had an excellent choice and was nice and hot. The restaurant staff were friendly, cheerful and helpful.
Disliked: Blackpool FC did not win their game but there was nothing that the hotel could do about that! The room keys did not work when we returned from breakfast at 10:30 and no apology was given by the staff member we spoke to. The reception staff were professional and efficient but not overly friendly. This could have been improved with a warm welcome to the hotel/Blackpool and asking us about our visit and whether we enjoyed our stay.
