Liked: location was super close to slopes and also very convenient for gateway loop for a bus journey first thing.
Disliked: nothing, we loved it.

Disliked: Parking is an extra $35 charge and is only valid until 3 so you must leave the ski hill early to move your car

Disliked: We were woken up by staff coming into our room at 10pm. They were investigating a leak in the room below us. We were very shocked that they came in. The staff member then called on the room phone and apologized.

Liked: Great location, lovely pool hot tub and Sauna. Had to phone up Benny to get my security deposit back after 10 days and he was lovely enough to send it right away.

Disliked: Had a great stay but once I have left i left I have not been reimbursed my 250 dollar bond an have had an responds to my email so that is a pretty big downer on blackcomb as I was told when I checked out it would be released an sure have it back on. My card in 5 days but this has not happen.
