Liked: Great breakfast and we were lucky to be there on "Steak Night"! Very welcoming and friendly people. Nice pub. Stylish decoration in the room. Very clean.
Disliked: A wall mounting for the shower head would have made showering easier.

Liked: Location & price. Ideal for solo traveller. Breakfast was fresh & hot. Lovely.

Poor customer service

Liked: Weren't made to feel welcome. Woman on reception spoke too quick, didn't say enjoy your stay or explain the restaurant or what time breakfast was or if we required it. Didn't ask purpose of our stay in order to offer directions Poor customer service unfortunately.

Great place to stay in...

Liked: Great location, amazing staff and a nice place to stay in Liverpool. We also liked the food in the pub that is located in the same building as the hotel.It was also great that we could let out luggages at the hotel a few more hours after the check out.
Disliked: When we checked in we were informed that they don’t clean the rooms during the stay and we have to ask at the pub for things like extra toilet paper.
