Liked: Location and proximity to hospital.Emily kept in touch and was just a marvellous host. Marvellous customer service
Disliked: Steps (mum less mobile) , but we coped

Good location, clean comfortable room.

Liked: Excellent location close to The Liverpool Philharmonic Hall. Excellent gastro bag below room accomodation (no noise disturbance in the bedroom). Excellent staff in the Blackburne Arms. Room comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Booked via 'Booking.com' and believed that breakfast included which proved not to be the case as on Sunday morning there is no breakfast provision.

Liked: Staff were great - really helpful and friendly. Pub food was delicious and the atmosphere was welcoming.Rooms are tiny but well appointed - everything you need to get your head down for a one night stay.
Disliked: Rooms were quite stuffy on a hot night, no aircon.Breakfast offer only starts at 10.00 - too late for us. That said, Cafe Nero is just down the street.
