Liked: The staff was great, suites were wonderful and so accommodating.
Disliked: The halibut and the rack of lamb at the restaurant were both lacking and very underwhelming. The rolls are artichoke were both good.

Liked: We loved the balcony, the super friendly staff, and the pet accomodations.
Disliked: I think staying here without a car could be a little difficult, but doable.

Liked: Rooftop pool was great -perfect temperature. The restaurant was handy and staff were friendly.
Disliked: The hotel felt impersonal - massive long corridors of rooms. Not much character. Location wasn’t as scenic as I’d expected.

Liked: Clean, lots of available amenities.
Disliked: Heavy, heavy artificial fragrance everywhere. They spray some sort of chemical deodorizer and it was too much in our first room, we had to move or we’d both have ended up with a headache. Second room was fine, not as nice as our first which was a shame, but it must’ve been just a heavy-handed spray. We didn’t have any towels for the pool or sauna area and they don’t have a locker or space when you go down there so there’s really no place to put anybody’s things. Which means no place to rinse off before or after sauna or pool or in between the two. I don’t know what they do when they get busy, people’s things must just be everywhere. When we checked in, we were told that the bar closed at 11, we got back about 9:40 and walked straight to the bar to grab a drink for our room and she wouldn’t serve us. She said they closed at 10 actually and she’d already called last call. It was 9:42. Very bizarre.
